Synergy Support Solutions Inc.

Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of the Synergy Support website.

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Synergy Support Solutions Inc. (“Synergy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including synergysupport.ca and its associated webpages (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Information

The Website provides general information about Synergy, our managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, consulting, and related technology services.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute technical, cybersecurity, legal, financial, or other professional advice applicable to your particular circumstances.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, error-free, or up to date.

2. Services and Client Agreements

Information on the Website about our services, pricing, capabilities, service levels, or other offerings does not, by itself, create a binding obligation for Synergy to provide those services.

The provision of products or services by Synergy is governed by the applicable quote, order, Master Services Agreement, Client General Terms and Conditions, Statement of Work, service schedule, or other agreement between Synergy and the client.

If these Terms conflict with an agreement governing services provided to you by Synergy, the applicable client agreement will govern with respect to those services.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes and to learn about, communicate with us regarding, or obtain information about our services.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or systems connected to it;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful material;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website without our written authorization;
  • use automated systems to extract substantial amounts of Website content without our permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority; or
  • use the Website in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, clients, or business.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, documentation, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Synergy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print reasonable portions of Website content for your own lawful internal or informational use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, products, platforms, or services.

Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement by Synergy.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, accuracy, or operation of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.

6. Website Availability and Security

We take reasonable measures to operate and protect the Website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code or security vulnerabilities.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, including for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when accessing websites and downloading information from the internet.

7. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.

By providing information through the Website, you acknowledge that it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Please do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or other confidential information through general Website contact forms unless specifically requested by Synergy through an appropriate secure process.

8. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Synergy disclaims warranties or representations regarding the Website that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synergy Support Solutions Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or its content.

We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

  • reliance on general information published on the Website;
  • interruption or unavailability of the Website;
  • malicious software or other harmful material originating outside systems under our reasonable control; or
  • third-party websites, products, services, or content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Liability relating to products or services supplied by Synergy to a client is governed by the applicable client agreement rather than these Terms.

10. Communications Through the Website

Submitting a contact form, email, request for information, or other communication through the Website does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Synergy.

Do not rely on Website submissions for urgent technical support or cybersecurity incidents unless Synergy has expressly designated the applicable method as an authorized support channel.

Existing clients should use the service-request and emergency contact methods specified in their applicable service agreement or communicated by Synergy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements.

The effective date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the most recent version.

Changes will apply to Website use after the updated Terms are posted, subject to applicable law.

Changes to contractual services already being provided to a client will be governed by the applicable client agreement and will not be made solely by changing these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia.

Subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes relating specifically to use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
